Vans and good intentions are not enough on their own. Here is what Nezebe actually uses to keep furniture intact, boxes dry and schedules realistic.
Storage
A holding point between two addresses
Not every move-out date lines up neatly with a move-in date. When there is a gap, whether it lasts a handful of days or several weeks, belongings are held in a monitored storage bay rather than left sitting in a parked van overnight. Access is controlled, bays are shelved to keep boxes off the floor, and everything going in is logged against the same inventory used for the quotation, so nothing gets misplaced between arrival and collection.
Storage is arranged as an extension of the moving quotation itself, not as a separate booking with its own paperwork. The duration is agreed in advance and adjusted if the new address timeline shifts.
Vehicles
Matched to the load, not the other way round
A single wardrobe does not need the same vehicle as a four-bedroom house. Panel vans handle single-item and small deliveries within the city. Box trucks with tail lifts cover full apartment and house moves. For deliveries crossing into a neighbouring EU country, a curtain-side trailer is used, which allows loading from the side rather than only the rear, and keeps transit times predictable on longer routes.
Vehicle choice is confirmed during the on-site survey once the surveyor has actually seen the volume, the access route and any parking restrictions at both ends.
Materials & equipment
Protection chosen for what it's wrapping
Quilted furniture blankets cushion sofas, wardrobes and table edges during loading. Stretch wrap holds drawers shut and protects upholstered surfaces from dust. Corner protectors guard picture frames and mirrors, and custom crating is built for artwork, electronics or other pieces that need rigid support rather than padding alone.
Boxes are labelled by room and by handling instruction, fragile items marked clearly so the same care follows them from the original property, through the van, into storage if needed, and out again at delivery.
People
Crews trained for disassembly, not just lifting
Flat-pack wardrobes, bed frames and modular shelving rarely survive a move intact if they are simply carried out whole. Crew members are trained to disassemble furniture where needed, keep hardware sorted by piece, and reassemble everything at the destination in the same configuration it left. Wrapping specialists handle glass, artwork and electronics separately from the general loading team, so fragile items get dedicated attention rather than a shared rush.
