Certain data may be shared with subcontracted drivers or crews carrying out a specific move, with insurance providers for the purpose of arranging transit cover, and with storage facility staff where short-term storage is booked. Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is generally retained for a limited period to allow follow-up, then deleted or anonymised. Data connected to a completed booking, including quotations and insurance documentation, is retained for as long as required to meet accounting and legal obligations under Polish law, typically the statutory period applicable to commercial records.
Under the GDPR and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych), you have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
