These terms describe the general conditions under which Nezebe, based at Gdańska 10, Bydgoszcz, provides moving, transport, storage and related services for household, office and single-item relocations within Poland and to neighbouring EU countries. They apply once a written quotation is accepted, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
A free, no-obligation on-site survey is offered to assess inventory, access and any special handling requirements before a price is proposed. The written quotation issued afterwards reflects the information gathered during that visit. Should the actual volume or conditions on the day differ materially from what was surveyed, the price may be revised, and this will be discussed before work continues.
A booking is confirmed once a quotation is accepted and a date is agreed. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as reasonably possible, since crew and vehicle availability depend on prior planning. Cancellations or changes made shortly before the agreed date may affect the ability to reschedule at the same short notice.
Clients are asked to provide an accurate description of items and access conditions during the survey, to ensure suitable access is available on the moving day, and to disclose any items requiring special permits or handling. Certain goods, including hazardous, illegal or improperly packaged perishable items, cannot be accepted for transport.
Where identified as necessary during the survey, furniture disassembly and reassembly is carried out as part of the agreed scope of work. Protective wrapping is applied to fragile and vulnerable items using appropriate materials. Any furniture found to be structurally unsound or already damaged prior to the move will be noted before handling begins.
Where a gap exists between move-out and move-in dates, short-term storage may be arranged as an extension of the same booking. Storage duration and any related terms are agreed in writing before goods enter storage, and goods remain logged against the original inventory for the length of the storage period.
Goods transported under a Nezebe quotation are covered by transit insurance for the period between loading and unloading. The specific scope, exclusions and claims procedure applicable to a given move are set out in the documentation provided at the time of booking, and clients are encouraged to review these before the move takes place.
Payment terms are set out in the written quotation. Complaints regarding services provided should be raised in writing as soon as reasonably possible after the move, in accordance with the general rules of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and, where the client is a consumer, the Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta). These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
